Music for the Community
The Southwest Community Concert Band brings live music to audiences across the southwest suburbs through concerts, educational programs, and community partnerships. Our performances celebrate the rich tradition of concert band music while creating new opportunities for musicians of all ages to perform and grow together.
One of SWCCB’s most meaningful traditions is our annual holiday concert in partnership with local food banks. Instead of charging admission, we invite audience members to bring non-perishable food donations or contribute optional donations to support families in need throughout the community.
